 2 lbs peeled Natural Shrimp
 1 medium size Jalapeno
 1 Red onion
 10 Cloves garlic
 1 stick Celery
 1 cup Lime juice (juice can be store bought)
 4 tbsp cooking oil (no olive oil)
 ½ stick butter
 1 French bread
 1 large skillet
Preparation: (Keep in mind this is all going to cook at high heat)

Set your skillet on stove, put on High then add your cooking oil once the pan starts lightly smoking put in your shrimp celery and red onions. Keep pan always on high don’t be afraid!!

Toss all and keep cooking till shrimp starts changing color 3-5 minutes then add butter when butter is melted add your garlic and cook till garlic is turned light brown then you add lime juice bring to a boil then turn off heat. And Repeat. While enjoying your shrimp break off bread and dip in cooking Juice!
