The Company was founded by Gerald Easterling, Bill G. Williams and Tom Untermeyer in 2001. Mr. Williams served as Chairman Emeritus until his death, Mr. Easterling serves as Chief Executive Officer and President and Mr. Untermeyer serves as a Chief Technology Officer to the Company. Mr. Easterling also serves as a Director of the Company and, in such capacity, along with the other board members and officers of the Company controls the operations, business, and affairs of the Company.
